Before purchasing your tickets, please take note of the following information.
SALE CONDITIONS
Our policy states that:
- Tickets are sold on a “First come, first served” basis.
- Requested tickets must be paid during the transaction or according to the conditions given to specific requests (groups, corporate clients)
- All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be allowed.
- Show are held RAIN OR SHINE
- Unbrellas are not allowed in the grand stand, it is suggest to bring raincoats
- The Sound of Light Team reserves the right to refuse access to the reserved seating area once the first effect of the pyrotechnical show has been launched.
METHOD OF PAYMENT

SITE RESTRICTIONS
- Animals, bicycles, in-line skates and skateboards are strictly prohibited.
- Glass containers and alcoholic beverages, with the exception of those sold on-site, are strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to verify the contents of all coolers and bags admitted on-site of the event.
- For security and health reasons, our reserved seating section has been declared a non-smoking area. Smoking is allowed on all asphalted areas of the site.
